What you'd do
- Define the vision and roadmap for GxP systems across the enterprise.
- Serve as the lead authority on GxP compliance for IT.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of GxP systems from concept to decommissioning.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers of GxP software.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in Quality, Manufacturing, Clinical Operations, etc.
- Develop and implement GxP compliance strategies.
- Lead the IT compliance team in achieving regulatory goals.
- Coordinate with business units to align IT systems with operational needs.

What good looks like
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering).
- Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in IT systems within regulated industries.
- At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- An advanced degree (Master’s in IT Management, MBA, or related) preferred.
- Certifications in pharmaceutical quality, regulatory affairs, or computer system validation preferred.
