What you'd do
- Supervise and mentor a team of Quality Control analysts and technicians
- Oversee the planning and execution of all QC testing activities
- Ensure that all test results undergo timely and thorough review
- Manage the QC laboratory’s compliance with all applicable regulations
- Oversee the acquisition, qualification, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory instruments
- Lead and mentor QC team
